Xmas Vacation
Finals are done and no assignments, HELL YEAH!!! This going to be a great christmas vacation!!!
So anyways, this counts as xmas vacation day #1 and it is practically... BORING! With most of my family members, except for my dad, gone to Palawan for vacation. I was left here the whole afternoon with nothing to do except walk around, read a couple of books and just play some PC games.
Well anyways, nothing much, still not able to write poems and still procrastinating as to writing my works. Hahaha, I'm such a lazy guy. Oh well, I hope I get to improve myself...
P.S. Forgot to mention, since I'm practically bored to death here, if any one of you (referring to my friends) are vacant and wanna just chill out and wanna hang out for sometime, just let me know. Thanks!!!

Things to Ponder...
Got the chance today to type what's in my mind again after quite some time. Well, I hope that the few minutes that I spend here putting down my thoughts wouldn't be a waste. I hope that these things would be answered by the future me in a few years time. So for the future me: HOPE YOU GOT THE ANSWERS!!! XD
Well so far, Thing to Ponder #1 would be the quite intriguing fact of whether being in cream class is better or not. At first, we'd say cream class, but after a few minutes (or years, in my case), you begin to question that answer. What I find intriguing is that even after 4 years of being together, the people of the cream class still have their rifts and boundaries. That I can prove with me being the witness to it all - the divisions within the 20+ people, the disunity of ideas, etc. Personally, I don't like criticizing them, cause it just feels wrong, but seeing them like that and not talking about it, that's something more wrong.
They've been together for like 4 years, and still they have not figured out how to work with each other; while me on the other hand, found that people in regular classes find socializing and even unity easier despite the larger numbers. Well, guess they'll always be smart people, only to become wise when they learn that there's more in life than competition of knowledge.
So setting that aside, I got Thing to Ponder #2, which relates to my love life. I already told myself to stop thinking bout N~, but still I keep on doing the stuff that I should have restricted myself to. How can I move on when my body doesn't actually allow me to??
After that brief question comes Thing to Ponder #3 - Am I never to taste the flame of mutual love?? I know I'm not the best, smartest, or coolest guy around but come on, I do my BEST! Every time I try to court a girl, with every method that I have tried so far, the ending is always an inevitable "I-never-get-the-girl" scenario. Oh well, guess I'll never know when, but I hope that someday, this solitude will end. After all, hopeless romantics are usually the ones who find the purest of love. XD
So guess that ends my rant... Gotta go get busy again... Sigh....

16th year...
Well, guess I'm getting older again as this day passes, and again one new chapter of my life will begin.
Anyhow, there's not much to say about today, but about yesterday, I have tons to tell...
So the Creative Shot pictures for our batch's yearbook was a big prob for me and some of my classmates. Some people like me/us think that paying a few hundred pesos to a studio just for the sake of a picture isn't worth it. So that's why we planned to have our own pictures taken by ourselves and have them edited. Saves money and helps improves friendship at the same time - a way better deal than that of going to a studio.
But most of all, they remembered my birthday, and gave me this lovely mousse:
'Tis the first ever cake that I have ever received from my friends in my whole high school life, and I really appreciate it. I actually thought many months ago that my stay outside the cream class would be hell, but I realize that people outside the cream class are well, no offense, better in more ways than one.
Oh well, guess I'm not in the place to complain, after all, no one is obliged to be nice to another. Being nice is just a matter of a person's choice, and it is that choice that brings happiness and joy to a person.
I can't really say that I feel no qualms towards my past section, cause I seem to have vanished from their lives ever since I was removed. But surprisingly, the first person to have ever greeted me was from that previous section. I won't be telling his/her name here as to keep it private, cause he/she might not like being noted as such. It is not too late, I guess, with my 16th year beginning, I still may have the chance to reinforce my previous bond with them...
Anyways, guess that's that. Happy birthday to me. Fortuna dies natalis!!!

Need Roman!!!
Alright so I guess I found the time to post something here again after such a long time. So basically it's because of our semestral break (Oct. 30 - Nov. 8) that I am able to give you this post as of today and update this blog about myself.
Now, I don't really have any new poems up but I'm sure I'll put something up here if I got something new. Speaking of poems, I didn't advertise my latest poem (which was done a month ago). It's title is Fallacy, and uh... I'm getting lazy again so please if you really want to read it, just check out my site at DA. I apologize for the lack of description and preview, so please bear with me.
Setting that topic aside, I've decided to try and learn Latin. Don't worry, I'm not going for the church nor am I going to be a priest or whatever. I just thought that Latin is cool and would help me learn other languages since almost all of the Romance languages (French, Spanish, Italian, etc.) originated from Latin. Did I mention that 60% of English is composed of Latin? Aside from that, Latin helps in developing reasoning and deduction skills since it is analytical by nature. I guess that would help me into thinking like Sherlock Holmes a bit. Hahaha...
Anyways, I've learned all of those info above from a guy named Brent Hatfield who actually has videos in youtube that teach people Latin. I'm still at the beginning portion of the lessons but I'm sure that I'll be speaking it in no time if I am determined enough. Aside from that, I got a PDF format of Benjamin L. D'Ooge's Latin for Beginners which I think is a great textbook for me to learn it.
However, I may need some assistance with this new addiction of mine. I'm looking for a book entitled Wheelock's Latin because I've heard that it really helps a lot, so if you see it or have it, please let me know. Thank you. Now the next thing is that for a person to be able to master a language, he/she has to use it, right? So I need someone who knows Latin, so that I could learn from him/her and be able to practice. Now I know that you're gonna drag me to some church to meet some priest, but I'll only comply to that if and only if the place is near.
Anyhow, guess that concludes my update. I know it's boring so if you didn't really like it, I apologize for it, and I remind you that this is my blog. Have a nice day!!! XD

Temporary Break/Permanent Shutdown
Well, since I noticed that I haven't been really active as of late in putting stuff up here, I've decided to either take a temporary break or permanently shutdown this place. To those who've read my posts and waited for something to happen (which I think none did), I apologize for this event.
I'll be up probably when things start getting clearer, or rather when I become less busy. Stay cool everyone...

Inside Pandora's Jar...
So anyways, the theme actually for that contest is The Greatest Gift and I thought of: "Hey sounds cool, I think I'd try a short story..." And look at what happened... I ended up making another poem. But hey, I'm not ashamed or disappointed or whatever, I'm just a guy who didn't had enough time to finish a short story because of school crap and now crams a poem up since the deadline is TOMORROW (July 15, 2010)!!!
Alright, enough about how the poem was made, here's a preview (as usual):
Strange lands traveled by man alone
With friends passed a story be known,
A tale of that experience hath wrought
An answer that many a person hath sought.
Anyhow, please check the poem out if you have the time. I'm kinda lazy right now, so no text coloring for this entry for now...

Forgotten...
So after the great long hiatus, I'm finally able to write another new poem. This is my 34th poem, Forgotten (click here), and it's mainly about letting us know that we sometimes forget and/or ignore some things in life that used to be useful to us.
Anyhow, here's a preview:
In company of ignorants
I walk,
And in dark corners
There I sulk.
So that's it for the preview. The poem is open for interpretation so if you have any ideas, please do let me know, I'd appreciate any feedback that you may be willing to give. Thanks...

End of Summer...
Alright so today is pretty much the last day of summer, and it sucks. Not to mention that this year ain't going to be a very nice one.
For starters, I happened to be so unlucky as to have a 77 on the 1st quarter of my Filipino grade printed on my report card. Due to that, I'm now out of the star section, and have to spend my last year in high school year at 4-5. I'm not really complaining, but I dislike some of my new classmates, and that kinda sucks a lot.
Anyways, I hope my senior year wouldn't be any more suckish than the case right now. Some are excited for classes tomorrow, and my opinion would be... not too thrilled on the idea that summer is ending.
5/23/2010
Nostalgia...
Alright so after quite a long break from making poems, I made another new one. It's my 33rd poem, Nostalgia (click here). So basically, I made this poem cause I'm missing someone right now, and it kinda bums me out that I didn't get to be in the same class as that person (I'm 4-5 this school year...).
Anyways, here's the preview:
Moonlight shines full as night completes,
Stars shall glitter as sky grows dark.
Wonders are they to eye of beholder,
But mysteries are they to other worlds yonder.
So that's it, please check the rest out at my DA. I'd appreciate comments, thanks a lot... XD

PS Alchemy Circle Version 2...
Just bored again, and I thought that I'd show you another accomplished work of mine using the method that I keep on talking about. Anyways, if you've checked out one of my works (PS Alchemy Circle), then I guess you'd know what this is. For those who don't know what this is, please continue to read this and check the link in this post.
So this is the Version 2 of my original PS Alchemy Circle, the only difference is that I placed the Elric brothers' symbol at the middle of the circle. Just an FYI, that serpent's cross symbol of the Elrics is actually called Flamel's symbol. Here's the link to my work: (click here)
This work took me about 3-4 hours if I'm not wrong. How I did it with just MS Paint, MS Publisher, and MS Powerpoint (those are the 3 programs that I use for my method) is actually a long story, but anyone interested could ask me personally or via whatever communication device you got.
Lastly, I hope that you guys check the site out and enjoy this product of hardwork (not to mention sleeping late). I can say that I really love this work and I do hope you also have the same opinion. Feel free to comment, thanks...

Fired... And Still Teaching...
Despite the point of being fired, I'm still teaching yeah. How the hell is this possible? E-A-S-Y... Just volunteer yourself to anyone, and that's what I did. In my case though, I volunteered myself to help out an old student of mine. It's informal and I teach for free, but hey, some people find it still appealing. After all, you think anyone would like to let a big-headed, full of hubris (excessive/fatal pride), chin-up person teach him/her?
It's really very gratifying that someone would actually want an outcast (that's me!) to teach him. Anyways, it's a little bit hard since he doesn't really take things seriously for this is an informal teaching session, but still is fun. I want to thank Frankie for his time and for the wonderful hospitality that he had offered (though I could do without the forceful portions...)
Uh... guess I'll take this opportunity to advertise. If anyone would be interested in learning abacus, please tell me and uh... guess we could start at anytime you want? Oh well, have fun everyone...

Open Up Thy Blinded Eyes...
So just bored and thought that I'd make a new poem. This is my 32nd poem, Open Up Thy Blinded Eyes (click here), and it's basically about knowing who you are serving/helping/whatever. I don't really have much to say about this poem because it speaks for itself.
Anyways, the preview:
Begun as much only as a slave,
Obedient yet unaware of master's intentions.
To follow is the only rule given,
And to command is out of thy reach.
Please see the rest out and feel free to comment. Thanks...

The War of Just...
Alright, I'm on the roll here right now, and so today, I made my 31st poem, The War of Just (click here). Personally, I made the poem to reassure myself that I'd get over with the wrongs done to me and to my students.
But of course, I also made it to motivate those who were maltreated of their rights. I believe that one day, they shall be cleansed of the wrongs/assaults/insults/etc. done to them. It may not happen now, nor tomorrow; it may not even happen in front of a judge in court, but rest assured, justice will come. Just remember to never let your feet off the ground, or else, the power that will defend you, shall be the one who'll end you.
Anyways, enough of the orientation, the preview:
Time itself hast wrought his birth,
And cosmic Space hast nurtured his growth.
Existence of Justice hast always been there,
Yet some ignore the power of his wisdom.
So that's it, please check the rest out at the link above and please do tell me what you think about it. Thanks and may peace be with you...

Tomorrow is the Day... NOT!!!
Yeah, like what I have been placing here for almost the last few weeks, it's still about that summer job. Oh well, let me first explain why it is that it matters so much to me. The reason behind that is just easy - that is the place where the present me today originated from (please don't take it literally).
Tomorrow is the day of the orientation, and then after that long boring process of speeches and introductions, classes don't start yet (they start the next day, dudes). Anyways, as I was saying, after that orientation, the assistants go and meet the teachers and fix up everything for the next day. So why do I bother to even mention that? Uh... pretty much coz this is my blog and whatever so if you don't like it then don't read it, I guess.
Anyways, if you still continued to read up to this point, I thank you for being so patient. So as I said above, tomorrow is a day that I have been looking forward to for like... about the whole damn school year!!! And of course, now that there's a big NOT thingy on my title, I guess you'd know that I'd not be going there. Somewhat annoyed and bored by the fact that a person couldn't even trust a friend for just the fear of having the same mistake. Well, what can I say, well of course first: DO YOU THINK I AM AN IDIOT? I didn't just fell off a garbage truck for the past few months spent at school. I've been thinking for those months and whatever angle you look at it, it just ain't darn right. cause can you stand just well... standing there and watch your students get punished for what they didn't do? Whatever disrespect I have done to the higher ups, I did that out of my philosophy that a teacher's obligation is to his/her students first, not the superiors. And of course I won't commit it again, unless they really am forcing me to do it (which might be a possibility considering the way they treated the students there last year, though I can't make any justice for this year).
So there you have it. Please pardon me for writing so rudely (if you think it's not rude, then I thank you again) above, and I apologize to whoever that might have been offended or bored (I know you guys are), just PISSED OFF.

Qualms to Thee...
Finally, after what seems to be quite a long break (about a month at least), I have made a new poem. This one is my 30th poem, and the title is Qualms to Thee (click here). Basically, it's a poem that I made since I am having a difficulty trusting someone that I know of right now, but I don't need to mention names since I don't wanna insult whoever that person is.
The preview, again after a long long time:
Betrayal it is by a friend so dear,
A treachery it is that alarms such rage.
'Tis true that anger be contained,
'Tis another thing to rush into dismay.
That's it and I do hope that my poem writing skills aren't deteriorating, so please tell me what you think. Thanks...
4/02/2010
Many Topics...
Oh well, since the talk with my friend about my work that was planned last night went as planned, it is now CLEAR that I ain't going back there this summer. Although I'm also getting a hunch that I won't be returning there for a long long time...
Anyways, I've been on the shogi (japanese chess) craze for quite a month now, and I would really appreciate it if someone could tell me where I could buy an actual shogi set (complete with the wooden board and the pieces). And please don't tell me to buy it online, I know that, just want to cut down expenses. Oh yeah, to anyone who is interested in learning shogi, I would recommend watching HIDETCHI-sensei's videos on youtube. They are really informative.
Next thing among the many topics - I'm making a database about world history based on my compilations of Sir Datz's (Mr. Datuon) given notes and lectures, as well as my researches on wikipedia. I would appreciate help from anyone, just send your info to my mail or leave it as a comment here. And if you do want a file of the said database, I would gladly send you one once it is finished, just remind me please. If you're wondering on the progress right now, I'm on the Punic Wars - part of the Roman expansion.
So anyways, if you could help out with some of my probs there above, I would really really really appreciate it. Thanks everyone and have a nice day/evening.

The Hammer Falls...
Time passes so fast... so fast to the point that the classes in Liberty Hall seemed like a week away. And indeed it is! The decision that I have been waiting has finally agreed to my expectations - I AM NOT HIRED.
It doesn't surprise me since I have begun to doubt my friend's loyalties. Ever since that incident of not telling me anything at all would have already reduced the trust given to him. For now, it is decided, and we are talking things out. I don't know what will this result to, but I'll know soon enough. March 31 is the day when we will finish everything, and I hope it will also end the misunderstandings caused by just a mere head assistant who left chaos instead of a legacy.
Then again, this means more time in summer to do whatever I wanna do (exception to this is teaching there, oh well...). Novel writing here I come!!!
3/22/2010
Summer Precautions...
So far, still an undecided decision over my application for my "previous summer job", so I'm thinking of some precautions for the meantime. I plan to learn a sport or two, and trust me, it's not gonna be basketball (I hate that sport so much!!! No offense to NBA fans).
I want to learn either fencing or archery. Now, I know that it's kinda old school or whatever, but I think it's cool and useful (self-defense yeah). Now if someone out there could be kind enough to tell me where can I learn any of the two, I'd appreciate that very very very much.
Anyways, so far, still no poems or whatever... Still busy with some other things... Masyado kasing Jack of all Trades...

Sorry for the Inconvenience...
As some of the other people that might have noticed this problem for the past few weeks, my blog had a virus. Some said that their computer almost got infected by it. So if you got viruses over your computer, I'm sorry for that.
The good news is I already got down to the problem - it's my IP Locator thingy, I think that is the thing that causes these problems. Although I'm not too sure about my findings yet, so if you still see any problems regarding this matter, please feel free to tell me. Thanks and I'm sorry for any inconvenience that I have caused.

Summer... Could End Up Bummer...
Summer is finally around the corner and like every closing school year, I'm looking forward to working again at the origin of everything I have right now - Liberty Hall (it's just an old building near Soler, nothing special for ordinary people). I work as an assistant to the abacus class there, and it has been 8 years since I started everything there (4 years learning, 3 years teaching, 1 year - which is this year!).
If I trace each and every skill and every friend I'd made throughout the years, most of them have their roots way back there. And sadly, this summer could end up in a not-so-pretty way.
My superior was informed by one of the elder assistants not to hire me again, which in my opinion is pretty illogical considering the reason given to me: Because I had a little argument with the vice head assistant (which he and I had already settled and fixed since last year). One lucky thing is: that shitty elder assistant wouldn't be working there, so it is up to the vice head to decide on my fate.
Personally, even if the vice head and I go way way back in our time (which means I consider him as one of my best friends), I couldn't predict what his decision will be. But I'm hoping that he would think this logically and decide on his own free will whether or not will he choose me as one of the people who would be helping this summer. I'm not just doing this for myself, I'm also doing this for my students, my friends, my colleagues, and also for the two people that I have made a promise to... *Wishing myself luck*
Pampanga Overnight...
March 10 and 11 - the two days spent for our AWESOME and GRAND overnight stay at my classmate's resthouse at Pampanga. It's our (Archones, 3-1) class's outing/get-together/whatever-you-wanna-call-it thingy. The resthouse where we stayed at was BIG... sorta makes ordinary houses look less impressive. We also invited some of our old friends back in the old times (2-1 and 1-1 times) to join us, we also had some parents join our stay there.
We played pool/billiards, they swam in a pool (I don't like swimming pools too much), went malling, had karaoke, etc... you get the picture. Really had a great time, hope that I'd have another one of these things in the near future. *Too lazy to list down everything we did from day 1 to day 2...*

Found IT!!!

Percy Jackson Book Hunt...
Never thought that I'd get to be interested in any book series since I basically dislike almost every book collection (e.g. Harry Potter series, Twilight saga, the Inkspell and whatever inks, you get the picture...), but strangely, I found a great interest with the Percy Jackson and the Olympians collection. It's probably the only book series that got me intrigued even if I haven't read them yet. And so today, I got out and had a book hunt. I went to a lot of National Bookstores, I immediately found books 2, 3, and 4 at SM San Lazaro, and I found book 5 at I think at Recto or was it Avenida. Either way, the only book that I lack now is the 1st one: The Lightning Thief. Oh well, if ever anyone out there has bought an extra, please let me know so I can buy it from you (I won't give a damn whether its paperback or hardbound, but better if hardbound). Thanks...
Today is a special someone's bday... oh well, too bad I didn't get to greet her. Dammit...
2/14/2010
PS Alchemy Circle...
To set things straight, PS stands for Philosopher's Stone. I made a new work using my method. I call it (do'h) PS Alchemy Circle (click here). Basically, I got the shape of it from Full Metal Alchemist, but I added some runic designs to an additional outer ring of the circle. Please check it out at my DA (click the picture there to enlarge it) and comment. Thanks...
2/13/2010
The Cup...
After a long time of not posting anything about my work on the combination of programs (namely MS Powerpoint + MS Publisher + MS Paint), I've made a new work. The title as you may have guessed it: The Cup (click here).
I don't really have any definite interpretation for my work (yeah, even if its called a cup, it does like kinda like a trophy), its just a random made-up thing when I was bored, but I'm sure that I'll someday be able to add some cool or wacky explanation for it. Either ways, please check it out at that link, just click the picture there to enlarge it. Thanks... XD

I Don't Know Thou...
Again, I am with another poem. My 29th poem, I Don't Know Thou (click here). It's actually a poem that Charmaine asked me to make for her way back 4-5 months, and I found it very hard to write something like that (since my poems that had women involved are ones that I liked). And yeah, I did promise to make it, and now, I'm finally done with it.
The preview as always:
Asked me for a poem a few months back,
Procrastinated until the end of winter's break.
In truth I don't know where to start,
For I don't know much about thou.
So that's it, please check the rest out at my DA, please comment, thanks...
1/28/2010
Alone...
This is my 28th poem, Alone (click here). Basically, it's just a poem about loneliness and whatever. It's somewhat similar to my 14th poem, Solitude. Compared to the other poems, this one is relatively short, but length really doesn't have anything to do with the quality of the poem, so I'll leave you to comment about this poem.
The preview:
Lonesomeness is such a pain,
And sorrow is such a drag.
Casted out the heavy rain,
Nothing heard but insults and nag.
So that's it, please check the rest out at my DA. Thanks...
1/26/2010
Cold Summer Night...
So today, I got lucky and had time to make my 27th poem, Cold Summer Night (click here). It's basically a poem that tells us not to always believe in what the society tells us. I believe that we all can break the boundaries of the human limits, and that we do not need beliefs that are forced or implanted into us since our growth.
Anyways, the preview:
Walking and waiting below the violet sky,
Wondering of the mysteries that come passing by.
Asking everything in creation why,
Of the questions that contain many lies.
So that's it, please check it out and tell me what you think, thanks...
Cogito ergo sum - I believe therefore I am

Opposing Forces...
So here I am again with another poem. This is my 26th poem, Opposing Forces (click here), this poem's theme is almost the same as my 23rd poem, The Flames of Conflict. It tells us what will happen if people or ideas with opposite ideals clash with each other in a barbaric way.
So here is the preview:
Pathway whilst existing we call life,
A world that holds peace and strife,
Reluctant passengers are we to ride,
In this endless journey as own guide.
So that's it, please check the rest out at my DA. I hope that everyone could learn something from this poem, and please leave a comment on it. Thanks...
Love Can't Betray...
Alright, so if you checked out my 25th poem, Love's Judgement, then that means you'll know this one. This poem, Love Can't Betray (click here), is my partner's (Charmaine Guy's) reply to my poem. I really have to say that she really did a great job since I really liked the construction of the poem. (even if it was a rejection, hehehe, never would you see such a beautiful rejection in your whole life) Everything you're going to see is her original work except for the title, which I have given since she asked for my opinion towards it.
So, without further ado, the preview:
Valor was you in expressing yourself,
Astute in words in meaning you have dealt.
Special person you may be to me,
In only as a friend, a best friend really first.
All right so that is the preveiw, please check it out on my DA, and please comment, I'll let her know of your opinions regarding this poem. Thanks...

Love's Judgement...
Ok, so today, I have made my 25th poem, Love's Judgement (click here). So basically, just to make everything clear about this poem, this poem of mine is actually an assignment that was given to me and my assigned partner, Charmaine Guy, for the poems in the category of love and reply.
It works like this, every pair is given a wacky situation (e.g. Doctor falling in love w/ his patient; a soldier to his enemy; a gay to a tomboy, etc.) and the guy will write a poem for the girl, now after reading the poem given, the girl will either accept or decline the guy and reply w/ another poem. Now the case that Charmaine and I got is I'm the guy that liked the girlfriend (which is her) of my best friend. So it's sorta like a love triangle thingy, and I quite think that this is a cool theme because I have never written any poem like this before.
Anyways, I'll place the preview here:
A friend and I once walked one path,
Now it seems I’ll be invoking his wrath.
For the lady that he hast loved right now,
Is the beauty that enthralled me which is thou.
All right so please check the rest out at my DA, please comment and tell me what you think. Thanks... XD

Addition to the New Innovation...
If you remember the transmutation circle that I have posted 2 days ago, then you'd probably see the flaws of it. Anyways, I'm here again with the version 2 of what you saw, here's the link: (click here). The solution to the blurry problem is just to resize the colored outline to large. Here is the proper step to do that, let's get into it:
After doing the MS Powerpoint part, transfer it to the previous MS Publisher file via copy paste technique. Then, you just resize the whole thing (my preference is to right click the pic, click change picture, then scale picture. I normally set both height and width to 200%, but it's really up to you on the resizing). Finally, transfer it to MS Paint and then the rest is just designing.
This may not totally remove the blurry problem but the product becomes less blurred so I guess that's better than last time. So that's that and I hope I have improved this method, and please feel free to try it as well as tell me your reactions towards it.
Happy New Year and stay cool everyone...
